    Trying to cut belly fat

    25 yeards old
    203lbs
    12%BF
    3 years at the gym
    6ft
    currently on 5th cycle

3 weeks into cycle, 350mg of tren enanthate, 250 cypinate, 250 enanthate every week for 12 weeks.

I have a diet ready to go, I posted it in another thread and had members of this site tweak it up for me.

Im going to do 45 mins of low intesntisy cardio as soon as I wake up and 30 minutes in the night after my workout.

Im trying to get defined everywhere, however, the main target is in the stomach, so would intense ab workouts help and if so, how often should I do abs?

Would It be best to do abs in the morning before cardio or in the evening after my workout?

IMO, I believe that your abs should be trained like every other muscle 1-2 times per week. They also need rest..

You can do all the ab work you wish but it will not cut out the fat in your stomach area, no such thing as spot fat reduction, you just need to nail down your diet and cardio.

Bruce Lee believed in daily ab workouts.

If you just want to get nice abs, 1-2x a week would be plenty. If you want a brutal core, do work on that bad boy.

I hit it 4x a week right before morning cardio.

I actually train them m/w/f switching everyother day from upper abs first then lower abs second, and vice versa the following day so the muscles dont get used to my routine

working abs provides you with a strong core. vital for posture and strength. They dont burn fat, other than burning some calories, just as walking would or any other bodily motion. Do abs purely for core strength, do not do abs wanting to burn fat. this is why bruce lee did them so much, for a rock solid core, so if he got kicked/punched in the stomach he had the conditioning to take it.

Abs absolutly can and should be worked every work out day. THey are an essential part of your ability to carry upper body weight correctly. I read in Lee Haneys Legendary Abs manuel that they are the fastest recuperationg muscle in the body. I don't know if it's tru or not but I have never had a problem working them 5 -6 days a week.
