Please advise me on my second cycle

Could you please advise me on the following 12 week cycle?

Week 1 – 12 Deca (200 mg a week)
Week 1 – 6 Winstrol (166 mg a week in 5 mg pills)
Week 7- 12 Sustanon (250 mg a week)

During the whole cycle I would like to use Arimidex.

Stats: Age 25, Height 184 cm (6 feet), Weight: 85 kg (13.4 stone), b/f: 15%

It is my second cycle. The first one was low dose Dbol only. I know that it was stupid cycle but it was as learning experience.

Could you please give me your thoughts on this cycle and advise me on the Arimidex dose?

Your second cycle is just as bad. Sustanon should be shot eod and should start from week 1, what will your pct look like for this cycle??

For PCT I plan nolva. Could you advise me when should I start using nolva, for how long and what dose?

you need to use a test during the whole cycle not to mention deca is suppressive id like to see how you feel if you ran the cycle as is


nolva is not enough you need an ai also

your body fat is too high. id cut more then cycle.

your doses are too low

you dont need winny. thats too many compounds for a 2nd cycle. (actually your first real cycle, cuz d-bol only dont do jack)

id stick with a basic 500mg a week test cycle.

if you really wanna run more then throw in deca

Sust - 500mg a week
deca - 400mg a week

Stop the deca 2 weeks before you stop the Sust

and yes, your PCT sucks. read more on PCT's

But seriously. Id only stick with the SUST only cycle. Youll like it and get good gains.

you dont need arimidex during the cycle. unless your prone to gyno but you dont know that cuz you havent done a real cycle before.
keep the a-dex on hand during cycle in case you need it. but you dont need to run it all cycle.

and you have to wait about 3 weeks after your last shot of Sust to start PCT. you dont start PCT right after your done with cycle

Thank you for that reply. I will start PCT 18 days after the last shot of Sustanon (as I read that 18 days is its active life)

I read many articles about PCT and some of them recommend nolva some of them Clomix and some of them recommend to take them together. What PCT strategy do you recomend me?

About vinny... Are you sure that I should not use it in the end of my cycle. Would it not make the cycle better? My friend who used to compete in bodybuilding recommend me to take it....however I would like to get views from different angels in order to make good decision.

sorry. PCT. i forget what doses arimidex comes in. i think its 25mg? or 2.5 mg?
so i would check on that before you do it. i use it but i cant recall off the top of my head what dose it comes in and what i use

yea, what most people seem to be saying...bump the sust to 500mg/wk, deca to 400mg/wk. maybe kick start it, wks 1-4 with 40/50 mg dbol ED. save the winny for next time. PCT above (post #11) is good, maybe even run it for 3 weeks. (nolva 40/20/20, clomid 100/50/50).

adex is good throughout cycle, as it keeps down bloat, even if youre not prone to gyno. try .5mg EOD, if you see gyno, 1mg EOD-i find these are good dosages for me

I would up the winstrol dosage if you are going to run it. more like 50mg ed

For PCT, get clomid also.

maybe swap deca for EQ (also at 400mg/wk). i find, as do most but not everyone, it boost your appetite-so you eat loads. its a good way of learning how much you have to eat on a cycle to get the most out of it. get the calories and carbs in, and at least a g of protein for every lb of body weight ED.

test e @ 500? My friend advised me that this amount is very big for me and that I should start at 250 mg a week of sustanon. He also recomended deca @ 200 mg a week due to its relatively small side effect and very good results while combined with test (sustanon). I want to get prepared for summer the best as I can and ASAP as I can...

What do you think on the following revised cycle (based on more research):

week 1-10 deca @ 200 mg a week
week 1 - 12 sustanon @250 mg a week
week 7 - 12 winstrol @ 210 mg a week

During whole cycle Arimidex @ 0.5 mg a day

18 days after sus shot PCT:
week 1-2 Nolva @ 40 mg a day
week 3-4 Nolva @ 20 mg a day

week 1-2 Clomid @ 100 mg a day
week 3-4 Clomid @50 mg a day

dude....test e or c or sust at 500mg/wk. run the deca for 12 weeks too, at 400mg/wk. drop the winny...as laduem said, your first cycle wasnt a proper cycle. pct looks ok.
