cycle is awful, do some research

How should I change it? What do you recomend?

Is this one OK:

week 1 - 12 Sustanon
Week 1 - 12 Deca
Week 7 - 12 Winstrol

Arimidex during whole cycle and after 12th week four weeks Clomid and Nolvadex

you dont need arimidex during the cycle. unless your prone to gyno but you dont know that cuz you havent done a real cycle before.
keep the a-dex on hand during cycle in case you need it. but you dont need to run it all cycle.

and you have to wait about 3 weeks after your last shot of Sust to start PCT. you dont start PCT right after your done with cycle

you need to do way more research before you cycle bro

Thank you for that reply. I will start PCT 18 days after the last shot of Sustanon (as I read that 18 days is its active life)

I read many articles about PCT and some of them recommend nolva some of them Clomix and some of them recommend to take them together. What PCT strategy do you recomend me?

About vinny... Are you sure that I should not use it in the end of my cycle. Would it not make the cycle better? My friend who used to compete in bodybuilding recommend me to take it....however I would like to get views from different angels in order to make good decision.
