    workout music

i dunno if you guys like podding while ur training. if you do list some of your favorite pump up music! I personally am heading into alot of hardstyle electronic music. i find that it has a steady beat and very fast pace.

I mainly listen to rap music. I just don't like hearing people screaming to a guitar.

Pigpen, that's what I'm talkin about. Any kind of metal, basically it has to have guitars, drums, and vocals, and able to be played at nuclear volumes. Jackal, Jesse James Dupree, Disturbed, Judas, all really good stuff

If the music isn't loud and fast enough to get the cops called on you, it probably won't work for me. Slayer also works
