When is the exam and what exactly does it consist of?
Consists of 1.5 mile run, Pull ups, sit ups, push ups, sit and reach, long jump. and its the 21st of april so roughly about 2-3 weeks away.
its just a basic physical exam to get into a academy
The only thing I'd suggest before a PT is some caffeine pills.
