Ready to start first cycle, PLEASE CRITIQUE

OK, this will be my first steroid cycle, I will include everything you guys need (and love) to know. I don't believe there is anything wrong, as I have been researching for quite some time now, but if you see anything wrong or would like to suggest to do differently, PLEASE DO.

Despite my low post count and recent join date, I would like to seperate myself from the noobs. I have been bodybuilding naturally since senior year of high school, and am pursuing a career in the fitness/health industry. Here's some info on me:

    Age: 21
    Height: 5'7''
    Weight: (+/-) 180lbs
Body Fat: ~11% (6 site caliper tested)

Training experience: 4 years training and dieting. Bodybuilding lifestyle.
Knowledge: A/S degree in Exercise Science, and in school for A/S in Sports Nutrition, maybe getting a B/S in Nutrition.

Typical Diet, day to day, only varience might be meat choices:

    6:30 - 1 cups Oats, 1 Banana, 6 Egg whites, 2 whole eggs, .5L water
8:30 - Whole wheat bagel, 8 oz chicken, .5L water
    10:30 - 1/2 C oats, 2 slices bread with turkey, .5L water
12:30 - Protein shake made with 1/2 C oats, 2 scoops Whey and .5L water
2:40 - Banana, Gatorade with 5g BCAA and 5g Glutamine
    3:00 - Workout
3:30 - Post workout shake, 2 scoops Whey, 5g BCAA, 5g Glutamine, Gatorade
    5:30 - 4 Egg whites, 2 yolks, .5L water
7:30 - Meat (always either Fish or Lean beef... Portuguese mom), veggies, big salad, .5L water
    10:30 - 1 C cottage cheese, 1 C milk, 1tbsp natural Peanut Butter. .5 L water

Just a typical day, but carb sources are only: yams, oatmeal, brown rice, and whole wheat bread. Protein sources are eggs, skim milk, cottage cheese, chicken breast, turkey breast, fish (mostly tilapia, I LOVE fish), and lean red meat (london broil almost always). I don't eat any pork, ever.

I always shoot for 8 hours of sleep a night, but always try to get more.

I have 1 g fish oil at every meal, and supplement with a multi-vitamin, vitamin C, and L-Lycine. I will be adjusting total macros and calorie intake per week depending on weight changes.

Workout split while on cycle will be:

    Monday - Back/Bi
    Tuesday - Chest/Tri
    Wednesday - Rest
    Thursday - Legs
    Friday - Shoulders/Traps
    Saturday - Rest
    Sunday - Rest

Now that that's out of the way and you know my experience and knowledge, this is my proposed cycle:

Test E 500g/week, 3.5 days in between shots

    Weeks 1 - 14 Test E (250mg Monday at 6:30 AM, 250mg Thursday 6:30 PM)
    Arimidex: .25mg EOD

PCT (will start 14 days after last shot, so Thursday of Week 16)

    Week 16 - 20
    Clomid - 100/75/50/50
    Nolva - 40/40/20/20

And that's pretty much it. I've tried my best to absorb all the knowledge from the vets and stickies, and have tried to talk to the vets to make sure I'm doing things right, and have posted pics of gear to make sure it's all legit. I have taken my time with everything to make sure everything will be done perfectly right. I understand some will have a gripe about my age, but I acknowledge and accept the potential hazards of doing a cycle at this age. I eat right, lift right, sleep right, the works. I love bodybuilding.

So, before I start this Monday, are there any critiques anyone would like to make, I am very open to listen.

    Thanks guys.

you're a little light to be cycling IMO

i like the career choices, you should talk wth MuscleScience(our resident Exercise Scientist)
Typical Diet, day to day, only varience might be meat choices:

    6:30 - 1 cups Oats, 1 Banana, 6 Egg whites, 2 whole eggs, .5L water
needs more egg whites, right now you have around 30g of protein
8:30 - Whole wheat bagel, 6 oz chicken, .5L water
i would up to 8oz of chicken and get a better carb source than the bagel
    10:30 - 1/2 C oats, 2 slices bread with turkey, .5L water
    how much turkey?
12:30 - Protein shake made with 1/2 C oats, 2 scoops Whey and .5L water
why a shake here? i dont see the point
2:40 - Banana, Gatorade with 5g BCAA and 5g Glutamine
have the gatorade(i don't like this btw) and BCAA/Glutamine mix intraworkout
    3:00 - Workout
3:30 - Post workout shake, 2 scoops Whey, 5g BCAA, 5g Glutamine, Gatorade
no need fo the glutamine, why gatorade, much better carb sources out there
    5:30 - 4 Egg whites, 2 yolks, .5L water
this isn't a meal, triple the egg whites, cut the yolks and add some good fats(nuts, udo's oil, fish oil, natty peanut butter, etc)
7:30 - Meat (always either Fish or Lean beef... Portuguese mom), veggies, big salad, .5L water
what dressing do you have on the salad)
    10:30 - 1 C cottage cheese, 1 C milk, 1tbsp natural Peanut Butter

I always shoot for 8 hours of sleep a night, but always try to get more.

I have 1 g fish oil at every meal, and supplement with a multi-vitamin, vitamin C, and L-Lycine. I will be adjusting total macros and calorie intake per week depending on weight changes.

this is close to my split, though i take one of your two back to back rest days and make it a lagging muscle group/auxillary working day

Sorry, I meant 8 oz of chicken, I was thinking of my beef portions. The 5:30 meal is mostly just a bridge, as I eat every two hours no matter what. I will add some more egg whites and some nuts. The salad has olive oil and vinegar. I am just coming off of a cutting cycle, so I have to remember to get my portions back up to speed and what not. I work at LA Fitness, so on Saturday most of the time I'm bored and will work out abs/forearms that day, it's just not a mandatory part of my split.

My 12:30 meal is either the shake or another chicken/fish + oats meal, just depending on how much chicken I have left (make a big batch on sunday), so it's mostly that until the weekend. Post workout carbs are usually gatorade or maltodextrin, just what I can get my hands on. I will be buying a bag of dextrose this week however, and will make that my P/W carbs. Also would like to mention that I drink more water than what I have written. I drink bottles of water all day (infiinite access to free bottles of water ), what I wrote is just what I consume at meal times.

    Thank you for the response.

hey man, im fairly new here, so im not about to offer you any advice. but let me first comment you on an incredibly succinct and well thought out post.

i too have done a lot of research but ive come across far too many contradictions for my liking. a huge chunk of my time thus far has been used up to find some sort of middle ground to a lot of these differing view points (primarily with regards to pct protocol).

it is however very refreshing to see that the cycle u are proposing is pretty much identical to the one im about to start (also my first, and i am 21 fyi).

the only difference is that im going to run dbol for 4 weeks. i am also going to run HCG at 250iu 2x/wk for the duration of the cycle. one other thing is that i was considering only nolva for pct. apart from that, the dosages and all others are identical.

this leads me to my question... would you mind telling me some of your logic for the pct u have used, and why u havent considered using HCG?

Why are you going 14 weeks for your first cycle?

PCT would actually start the beginning of week 17 not 16

    Phate covered everything else

The rest looks good, you know you are still a bit young, but seems like you thought this all out so good luck !!
