first test cycle at 15% bf

right ive read alot and hopefully done my homework.

im now at 18%bf at 230lbs
im 26
6 foot 1 inch
been training for 12 years off and on
ive done 2 dbol cycles and had BIG gains from it and kept most of the gains,mostly strength. but never done test and this is my proposed cycle when im down to 15%.

weeks 1-4 dbol 30mg ed
weeks 1-12 test enth 500mg ( still unsure to pin once or twice a week )

as for pct im unsure, nolva and clomid? or just the one? dosage? 20mgs nolva ed and 100mgs clomid ed for 4 weeks and start 3 weeks after last test pin?
im a little puffy in the right nip, allways have since puberty.

as for training thats sorted

and diet has improved alot, when i took the dbol i was strict ate alot of chicken and pasta, around a kilo a day.

my goal for this cycle and future cycles is to be a strong ass bastard
and look good at the same time (a powerbuilder as ive heard) and hopefully compete in some powerlifting comps.

any advise to improve would be helpful , i want get it right first time.

cycle is fine.
pct is 2 weeks after enathate.
i use both clomid and nolvadex. 100/20 ed for 30 days.
might consider running adex through the cycle

so, i was reading up on adex, its cropped up lots as the AI to run on cycle and .5 to 1mg ed is the norm, but whats its form? oral? needle?
and would i keep running it straight thro end of cycle, start of pct or till the end of pct?

oral.. .25mg ed/eod is fine.
you can run it right up to pct or even right on through.

I personally like to run a-dex while on cycle and through my pct. I would run it as stated above .25mg eod, and increase if needed.

Just make sure that you're running 250mg/ml, and injecting that every 3.5 days. You don't want to do 500mg every 3.5 days..that'd be a lot. Or, then again, maybe you do!

as for the Adex, click on the link at the top ar-r.com. I believe it's listed as liquidex (not positive though). That's a liquid. You'll want to get a syringe without the needle, and then administer it into some juice and drink it like that. 1mg ED might be a bit much to start out with IMO, try .25 EOD and if you still notice symptoms up it to .25 ED. You need some estrogen in your cycle, just not too much.
