right ive read alot and hopefully done my homework.

im now at 18%bf at 230lbs
im 26
6 foot 1 inch
been training for 12 years off and on
ive done 2 dbol cycles and had BIG gains from it and kept most of the gains,mostly strength. but never done test and this is my proposed cycle when im down to 15%.

weeks 1-4 dbol 30mg ed
weeks 1-12 test enth 500mg ( still unsure to pin once or twice a week )

as for pct im unsure, nolva and clomid? or just the one? dosage? 20mgs nolva ed and 100mgs clomid ed for 4 weeks and start 3 weeks after last test pin?
im a little puffy in the right nip, allways have since puberty.

as for training thats sorted

and diet has improved alot, when i took the dbol i was strict ate alot of chicken and pasta, around a kilo a day.

my goal for this cycle and future cycles is to be a strong ass bastard
and look good at the same time (a powerbuilder as ive heard) and hopefully compete in some powerlifting comps.

any advise to improve would be helpful , i want get it right first time.
