    Eating at work

Right now I have a gaping hole in my meal schedule, because I eat before I leave for work at 8AM and dont get to take lunch until usually around 1:30PM.

I work in a shop that has no microwave, just a small drink refrigerator.

What could I bring in a ziplock bag or small plastic container? I was thinking of cutting up a cooked chicken breast and just eating it cold, but that seems like it would be a pain in the ass.

a simple one for work i used to eat was 4 slices whole wheat bread and a chicken breast, either nuked or cold. usually i was busy so just eat it cold with some pickles for a little flavor, no mayo.

i know it doesnt sound that great but its awesome for being so easy and fast.

you haven't lived till you're used to eating cold chicken breast and veggies out of tuperware on a regular basis.

I used to do sht like that all the time when I worked in an office.

    good times, good times.

Make cold sandwiches and pack lots of snacks. Not everything needs to be hot. Pack lots of fruit too.

I had the same problem too, I worked on heavy equipment in the middle of nowhere and I just made a whole bunch of egg whites and chicken and had no choice to eat it cold. Had no stomach problems but do what I had to. That's just me.

I've seen more bread in this thread than I have in the last 2 years....

raw vegges and lean meat cooked from the day/night before...protein powder and flax seeds...

I'm not a big fan of the carbs

*Tupperware container (or disposable plastic container) with rice, tuna and avocado. Mix it all up in the container when ur ready to eat.

Could also put in pre-steamed chicken if there aren't any bacteria issues?

*Tuna sandwiches (on the correct bread for your diet) with diet mayonnaise

*boiled eggs (your farts will be atomic)

    *A (1) protein shake

*crackers and tuna (mine consist of 4 large rectangular crackers, 1 can tuna with mayo, a tomato sliced and 2 slices of light cheese divided into 4 (for each cracker)) 4 crackers like this = 376 cal total
