My progress has sucked ass for the past 2 months, I have gotten damnear nowhere slow! My old Routine was:
Back-Bi's-Delts (9sets each Till failure every set)
Chest-Tri's-Stomach
Legs-Traps-Neck
Back-Bi's-Delts
Chest-TRi's-stomach
Off
Off
Which worked for about 4 months then progress slowed so i changed it to;
Chest -Stomach
Back -forearms
Legs-neck
Tri's-stomach
Bi's-delts
off
off
Chest,Back,Legs,and Bi's I did 16- 18 sets Thinking that would help[ if i worked them harder...Now i feel like shit, tired every day no strength gains and im pissed all the time because i can't train hard...
I guess the Question is should i go back to my old routine with less sets but twice aweek? Change up this existing routine? Or completely get a new one? I want to work as hard as i can without overtraining...its very hard to get it through my thick head that less sets can be good also, any help on this would be much appriciated...![]()
