    legs

    I am having an extremely difficult time talking people into doing legs. My brother is one of them. They don't care about having chicken legs. please give me some ammunition to fight this battle with

    tell him girls laugh at little legs....or.....that when working legs testosterone releases in the body and he will be as big as arnold in 3 months without diet or aas

    here it is.. IF YOU DONT TRAIN YOUR LEGS (HALF OF YOUR BODY) YOU WILL NOT REACH YOUR POTENTIAL BY ALL MEANS!

    why do you care if others train their legs????? bust your ass on leg day and the heck with em.

    I always laugh at the guys in the gym that have the big upper body and chicken legs.......they will pay the price later believe it or not the body will only let the upper body grow to how much the fondation can support (legs)....so what im saying is soon they will not be able to make any more gains in the upper body.......and they will look ridiculous.....

    Is there any scientific evidence that lower body has to catch up to upper body in order for upper body to reach full potential? If you know where it is please provide a link. Thanks guys
