I used to smoke a lot (more than once a day) but cut back now to once every two days or so, but hopefully i will eventually stop smoking,
however: my question is does it have any effect on ur strength, endurance, cycle, or diet?
I used to smoke before and after a workout everyday for 3 months - and i actually felt insanely pumped, but at first my muscle fatigue was higher (harder to do more reps towards the end of a set)
I have a cycle mapped out that i plan to start soon and before i do - wanted to know about any effects negatively in any aspect whatsoever..very minor effects i could do without - but im all ears
