    Having trouble evening out legs

Hey, stats first. 6'1 220 13%bf 24 years old. Last year I tore my Patella tendon(knee) and got surgery. I am now having trouble evening out my lef quad and calf with my right. I have been adding an extra set to my leg workouts for isolating my left leg (calf raises, extensions, etc) but my right calf and quad are noticeably bigger then my left. What can I add/switch to my workout to try and even this out. Thanks.

I have the same problem with my right quad, it just won't grow like my left one does.

Maybe try some sets of single leg press and single leg extensions just on the lacking leg. That's what i'm thinking about doing.

yea being doing that for awhile now, gets pretty frustrating after awhile. Almost embarassed to wear shorts some times cuz my right calf is big and defined and the other one is puny looking.

I think that alot of the times, people notice different types of definition.

Even the pro guys, if you look close, one arm or leg looks much different than the other.

Lets see a pic of the difference, it might not be as bad as you think.

Hay man I just had a cast on my leg for 6 weeks it came off yesterday and my calf has vanished. I'm in a removable aircast for the next 4weeks and have been given the go on swimming leg extensions and hammy curls. C ant wait 2 start building my calf up either cos I cant even look at it anymore.
