Newbie to site looking for info

I have been lurking in the background for some time now reading and learning about steroid use and what works and what does not.

    I am 34 years old, 6'3" and 165lbs.

I have been working out for about 7 years now and have been wanting to increase my size, but do it in the safest possible way.
I have tried a lot of supplements and use Creatine and Tribulus regularly and always have weight gainer protein shakes on hand.
I have been told by many trainers that i have an Ectomorph body, very hard to put muscle mass on.
I have weighed the same since i was in high school, no amount of food seems to make an impact on my body for a length of time.

    First off - no injections, hate them and always will! :-}
Anything oral is good to go, in pill form that is.
Another issue may be that i am located in Canada, so getting my hands on anything worth the money may prove to be difficult.

I was kind of thinking along the lines of small doses of something as i do not want to get huge, just put on about 15 lbs or so. I was also hoping that small doses over a possible longer time may not be as detrimental to my body as bigger doses, but i am most likely mistaken.

Any help i can get from the knowledgeable members here would be very much appreciated!!

Alright, for starters What is your body fat? Without knowing that I can already tell you DIET! Do not start with steroids until you are at least 200 lbs and at 12% body fat at that height. At your age that should easily be attainable. You could pack on 40 lbs of lean mass in a year at most with some good hard training and the proper diet. I wouldn't be in the least bit surprised if you did it in 6 months.

If you're vagina cringes at the thought of a needle, then I would imagine you're training to be unintensive and ineffective anyway. And at 6'3'' 165 pounds, you should be worrying about gaining weight, for health reasons. And no, there is no such thing as no amount of food makes a change, it's just that you haven't yet reached the amount of food you need, and you probably eat only a couple times throughout the day anyway.

Learn how to train, and work on getting A LOT more food in you than you've ever been used to. 15 pounds is easily attainable once you can get these two things down, probably in 6 months or less.

    I get the picture...

Okay, so i get the picture...
Eat as much good quality food as i can as often as i can and just keep training away like a maniac.

I did this for 4 years while i lived in the middle east and only managed to put on 10 pounds.
My metabolism is too fast for me to keep up with it.

And by the way last time my body fat was checked it was at 6%.

Just got another bucket of 60g/serving protein shake, meat and chicken and all the veggies.
Give it another go and see what happens!

Trust me, no metabolism is too fast for you to not be able to make any gains. You just need to eat more and learn to eat more. It doesn't matter how many construction workers you get, you can't build a house without bricks.

Here is my question and be honest, have you tried adding calories u ntil you start gaining weight? Because with many people, they think they are eating a "ton" of food and when they start adding it up that "ton" of food ends up being more like 2600 calories a day!! there is a magic # calories for everyone to make them grow for you it might be 4500 or more calories a day! You need to write down everything you eat during the day and I mean everything!
This will tell you exactly where you need to go! From you saying you are 6%bf naturally than yes you have a super fast metabolism and will need to eat 6,7,8,9 good sized meals each day! I am going to bet with your Metabo.. you will need well over 3500 cals a day just to start seeing a little gain. probably more like 4500+ Myself I need almost 4000 cals a day and I have a mediocre metabolism! EAT EAT EAT!!!!

I totally disagree, my work out partner wieghed 140 lbs, super fast metabolism. ****** as hell and could not put on wieght. I adjusted his diet and he gain 15lbs. of muscle, no gear involved.
He told me the samething before that he could not gain wieght, it was hard for him at first to eat the right foods, plus eat 6-7 times per day
