    Yoga for BodyBuilders

So a BB that goes to my gym (he's 47) is learning yoga and hopes to begin teaching it specifically to the aging bb, and strongman athletes. It makes a lot of sense in that we tend to be bound up and lose some flexibility and especially as we get older.

Does anyone else know of any BB's that are integrating, or teaching yoga aimed specifically to the aging male/BB...

I don't know any, but wish I could find a beginner class without all the female pro's in there... I feel so self conscience.... Ever since stopping my martial arts training, I feel the need for some good structured stretching..... but Yoga would be SO humbling

I competed for the first time last year and did a lot of yoga in the weeks prior to the show. The guy who helped prep me recommended it as we found out my balance was all off when we were working om my posing routine. Loved it!

I can't imagine squeezing sore muscle and stretching them out repeatedly. I know jujitsu sucks when your sore. Rolling out a bunch of times in a row when your tri and back is sore is murder. But I will give anything a try at least once
