Drunk Driving at end of cycle

Well I got popped last weekend for Drunk Driving and I was at the end of my cycle. Was running test E and winny.

I am not sure how the process goes but I know once I am convicted I will definitly have probation at the least and from little reseach I have done it looks like they test you for controlled substances as well.

What should i do.

Will clomid and novadex show up in their test? I dont want to quit cold turkey.. I dont even know when my court date is yet but worried as these subsances stay in body for a while.

Any info appreciated..

Did you get breathalized? or did they take blood? I doubt they will be looking for steroids as the tests costs quite a bit. You should get a good lawyer if possible drunk driving is serious business, good luck and hopefully lesson learned.

Bro get a lawyer and you can get continuances for up to a year if you need. There is no reason not to get a lawyer anyways unless youre in AZ or CA where you're going to be F'd no matter what. I got one last cinco de mayo (2007) when I was stopped at a DUI checkpoint and because I had 3 loaded people in the car with me I got arrested because I refused the breathalizer, and I still havent completed the terms of my plea bargain, and to be honest I really don't give a shit. I'm so sick of this SUPPOSEDLY FREE country.

But anyways they usually just give breathalizer tests, not blood tests that will test for that kind of stuff. You're not on probation until after your court date so, long story short....

Like has already been said, GET THE BEST DUI LAWYER ou can find/ afford. Money would not even be an object to me. They can stall the court dates for a long time and if it comes down to it let the lawyer do his job and fight it tooth and nail. You want your lawer to be a junkyard dog. Just my own personal experience. I was on probation for 2 years and had to report to my p.o. every month. I cycled on and off the whole time while giving a piss test every time i went to see him. As close as he got to testing for roids was "looks like you've been hitting the gym pretty hard."

Dude in most states 2-3 drinks can get you a DWI, thats why I never judge till I know the full story. I have met guys who have blown a .08 after going out to dinner with their family and having 3 glasses of wine over a dinner.

colorado changed the dui law because of MADD (mothers against drunk drivers). If I have one drink and get pulled over for any unrelated violation, I could still get charged with a DWAI.. Dui is 3 drinks for me. Medical doctors testified that your ability to drive is not impaired at the current levels but the politicians didn't want to look weak on crime so the bitching mothers got their way

There is no excuse to drink and drive. Any worth-while bars offer for designated drivers "no cover-charge" and free soda & non-alcholic beverages. Taxis and limos are so easy to call for a ride home, or just call a friend or family member to pick you up at the bar.

Your an asshole.... I have not been on in some time as had rotatory cuff surgery and actually forgot all about this DUI thing, and after reviewing my post and seeing all the replies, I must say I should of never posted anything..

Your right, , I was an idiot, but who the **** are you to judge me .. I made a huge mistake, but to be honest, it was the best thing that ever happened to me.

I got off with a slap on the wrist. No probation, restricted license for 6 months, no classes or anything... It was a freak thing...

Ended up making it into a positive and turned my life around completely.. I am married with a kid and never go out. The day I got the DUI was the first time out partying in years..... I ended up quitting my construction job and getting a career with my degree after thinking long and hard what I am doing with my life after the incident.

I did learn from it, and after reading your response, I just wanted to clarify that is not the normal me, and I never thought I would get that type of response. I have been around here for a long time,, much longer than you.
And for those that do know me,, just wanted to let you know that I am doing great and this was the worst thing that happened to me ever and it completely changed my life for the better.

So as for your post, if your still around.... ......

Thanks for those of you who understand sometimes things happen,, and in this case it turned out to be the kick in the ass I needed to leave my comfortable job and start a career with my degree and really appreciate the family I have, as if It was not for the DUI,, I guarantee you I would be divorced by now crying about not seeing my kid... Instead I got a fresh start, with a good Career starting, and my family by my side....

Thanks for sharing. You made me grateful I don't drink, let alone drink and drive. And getting an attorney is USELESS for DUIs. You can't argue a blood test. You'd be pissing more money away and your DUI is already going to cost you about $13,000 when all is said and done (that includes the insurance premium you'll be paying for the next 3yrs).
