Bro get a lawyer and you can get continuances for up to a year if you need. There is no reason not to get a lawyer anyways unless youre in AZ or CA where you're going to be F'd no matter what. I got one last cinco de mayo (2007) when I was stopped at a DUI checkpoint and because I had 3 loaded people in the car with me I got arrested because I refused the breathalizer, and I still havent completed the terms of my plea bargain, and to be honest I really don't give a shit. I'm so sick of this SUPPOSEDLY FREE country.

But anyways they usually just give breathalizer tests, not blood tests that will test for that kind of stuff. You're not on probation until after your court date so, long story short....
