Hammer curls are pointless? Pfft idiot If you do incline hammer curls it works the brachialis anticus (i believe) a muscle between the bicep and tricep and it can give you up to an inch on your arm. I member reading an article on it on bb.com a couple years ago.
All my buddies see me do it and think "oh thats easy" and grab the same weight as me and do like 5 reps and say "holy shit this is hard".
EDIT: I did not read the part that said "They may work great for other people, but are worthless to you". Nonetheless, I stand by statement![]()

a worhtless exercise in general... side raises.. people think it works obliques and it puots alot of pressure on your lower back.. dumbest exercise IMO

the guy or girl who does side bends with dumb bells in each hand... what is the point???
any excersize done on a ball involving dumbells (i know it hits the all you abs and that stuff just look like a a-hole ballancing on a ball lifing weights)
and last but not least any px90 or what ever it is called... i know it works you just look like an ass doing it

If you do them right, you get one mean ass burn and they work.

rope tricep press downs are worthless
seated calf raises pointless
45 degree leg press, why bother? it works yes BUT ive seen gguys do 650 kilograms on the thing
when the fuk are u going to lift 650kg? wats point of having legs that can press 650 kg wen u cant deadlift 200kg?
