So my little cousin wants to start training with me. His stats are as followed
14yo
5'7"
130lbs
I guess his bf to be around 16-17%
anyways I'm not sure if it's ok for him to start lifting at such a young age. I don't want to mess with his growth as far as height goes. The kid is disciplined, a very rare trait at his age and I'm sure he'll grow with the right diet and training regime, plus I get a spotter everyday. Thanks in advance
