Is it good doing one body part a day like blow
the idea is that i work the body part by doing 3x12 sets of each exercise i do. So for biceps i will do in total like 6 different exercise
Monday - Biceps - Light cardio after
Tuesday - Shoulders - Light cardio after
Wednesday - Cardio
Thursday - Chest - Light cardio after
Friday - Triceps - Light cardio after
Saturday - Back - Light cardio after
or do i just do two body parts a day
