    Arrow Abdominal Wall

Since I have always trained naturally, I never took into account one's will to thicken his own abdominal wall.
After all, in almost all exercises our abdominal muscles work constantly.

This so far, but now I am about to experiment my first cycle and thought I might need a stronger abdominal wall to hold the increase body weight and work-out.

What do you tell me regarding this thought?

Well it would stand to reason that if what you where doing before aas worked for you it would continue to work when using aas. As you grow and add weight with aas it is the same as growing and adding weight when not on cycle. Every muscle will grow relative to how you train it. If you are doing lifts that utilize your core, your core will get stronger along with the rest of you. If you want to add in abdominal work to help you strengthen your core even further I think that would be a good idea, but don't think that you are going to put on too much weight for your core to support without the additional core work.

Your core can never be too strong, especially in BJJ, which is what I assume your passion is. Work it hard, it will help every aspect of your game. The stronger you are, the less your technique has to be picture perfect to make it work. Just don't forget your conditiong, so when you come off cycle 10-15 lbs heavier all that extra muscle sucking up oxygen doesn't sap your endurance, and it will FAST

Your only as strong as your weakest link. For me every exercise improved when I incorporated ab work, especially squats and deads.
