    how do i get that stretch look

    my chest is fairly solid and strong atm, but its just to round, looks well pumped , but doest have no stretch, i have a large gap inbetween my chest wich is just bone. how do i get a descent stretch? should i skip then bench, and concentrate on more flys ect?

    I'm guessing by stretched look you mean a more developed chest. When you say stretched I think stretch marks ha.

    Anyway...

    I wouldn't skip out on press movements. Instead pre exhaust with flyes then go into your pressing movements.

    Add in decline movements that recruit more muscles of the chest for a better "stretch" overall. Dips, decline press, decline flyes.

    Remember to isolate your chest and work the muscle not simply move the weight. Focus on contraction and of course stretch.

    Also remember that flys arnt really a mass builder...

    Cannot emphasize dips enough IMO. Dips (while looking down) helped me more than decline's.

    thanx lads, dont really do dips much, will add them to my workout
