I work for UPS, so Im reaching over and lifting heavy objects every day. When i look at some of the people who have worked there for years, i see a common issue with their backs. A lot of them have this bulge in their backs right in the middle. I'm guessing it's the upper lats that are just over developed ??
This is me: it looks as if this is starting to happen to me or im just paranoid
I drew a line on the other pic to show what the old timers look like. What can I do to stop this or at least make me look normal?? I ALWAYS use proper lifting technique.
