wide grip will give you the bulk by your armpits, and close grip with give you the cleavage look and work your tri's..
to get the most out of bench press arms locked at 90 degrees for full range of motion...more in means more assistance from the tricep.. as far as the "look" that is completely based on genetics..
Almost everything in bodybuilding works in opposites. As for bench press....the wider you go you'll hit more outer pec...closer you go triceps take over along with inner chest.
