    not ready for steroids but looking for substantial gains

    hey, this is my first post so be easy on me.

    After reading a couple hours worth of posts Ive collected that at 19 i should stay clear or steroids for now. ive been using NO capsules, pre-workout shakes, and whey protein as a post workout shake, creatine, and GH enhancers (which im 90% sure are just B.S.) i also have been eating like a horse. probably 5 meals and 3 meal replacement shakes per day. Ive been doing this a while and went from 5"11 128lbs to 142lbs. but ive been suck at 142 for a couple weeks. basically im looking for some kinda pro hormone or something thats going to give me good gains. does stuff like superdrol work?

    honeslty i wouldnt waste money on pro hormones, but i know max muscle has a ''fake'' trenbolone kit thats supposed to help break platues pretty well and its legal. sounds like your doin great with supps and eating. what does your diet look like? im glad your smart too wait for aas alot of young kids just dont listen.

    No please dont go and do pro hormones. You arent ready for those either. Head to the diet section becaus eim sure thats your biggest problem

    prohormones are the same as steroids IMO just more detrimental to health in some cases and dont work as well..

    You dont need prohormones mane, lots of your friends might be using em or whatever, steer clear for now.

    Anyways bro head over to diet and training section...

    thanks for the input. i wake up and eat 6 eggs, 2 peanut butter toasts, and then a shake when i head out the door, then usually chicken for lunch, and again before work out. then 2 or three more meals of whatever i feel like (usually sandwiches or chicken pot pies) accompanied by shakes here and there.

    and that Max muscle Trenbolone seems worth looking into. but just looking on google seems kinda hard to find?

    That max muscle stuff is exactly what we said not to do. So far your diet doesnt sound great. Go to the diet section and post your exact diet for one day

    list your diet in detail and we can critique it, diet is number 1 over any supps

    Glad to see that you are playing it smart, asking for advice, and hopefully following it. Honestly dude, that diet is terrible. If that is the basis of it, you got some work to do. Go to the diet section and first read some of the stickies. Figure out what your BMR and RMR are and then post your stats, your goals and your RMR BMR in the diet section, along with your current diet and start there. See what they tell you. I will pop my head in cause I love helping and I would like to see you explode with gains as soon as you dial in your diet. You have allot of room to grow before hitting a real stall.

    thanks everyone. solid advise. ill look into the diet and try a new one for a couple of months before going to anything else.
