hey, this is my first post so be easy on me.
After reading a couple hours worth of posts Ive collected that at 19 i should stay clear or steroids for now. ive been using NO capsules, pre-workout shakes, and whey protein as a post workout shake, creatine, and GH enhancers (which im 90% sure are just B.S.) i also have been eating like a horse. probably 5 meals and 3 meal replacement shakes per day. Ive been doing this a while and went from 5"11 128lbs to 142lbs. but ive been suck at 142 for a couple weeks. basically im looking for some kinda pro hormone or something thats going to give me good gains. does stuff like superdrol work?
