    Reverse Fly's

I just tried this movement with dumbbells yesterda and got a great smoke on in my upper back and my shoulders. Does anyone else use this movement (you may call it something different). Basically it was exactly what the name implies, a fly for your back instead of chest. I am thinking of fully incorporating it into my routine. Anyone had success with back or shoulder development with this?

i like to do them with low weight, something like 20's and just rep them out and try to use the best of forum but do it as a more rehab or slow burn type movement

Hell yea, good for rear delts.
When i go w/higher reps i'll do 15 side raises, 15 front raises and 15 inclines x 3. All w/the same weight never setting the weight down. At the end of my delt workout. Feels REALLY good. hahaha.....

I do something very similar but with only 8's because I have a bad left shoulder. Ill do this as a kinda warm-up before I do machine presses.

Ive done both reverse dumbells on an incline bench also in the peck machine, backwards though. Bothe work pretty good..

i use cable rear delt pulls and also lay on an incline bench face down and do the reverse fly type thing for my rear deltoidiuses. i do get lots of comments on how much my rear delts stick out so i suppose that means i have some success with it.
