My stats.
Height - 5ft 10" or 175cm
Weight - 77kg or 177lbs
BF% - Not sure.
Age - 26
Training for 10 years. Train atleast 6 times per week for atleast an hour.
GOAL - add 10kg in muscle and reduce body fat to 5% within 6 months.
DIET - Protein rich, eat every 2 hours. Very strict.
Not drank alcohol for 6 months and still have 6 months to go for target.
Previously I have taken oral only cycles using anabol, oxymethelone, oxandrolone (anavar), stanozolol and proviron with good results but now I want to now move onto the next level. I've always tried to stay in best possible shape with low bodyfat all year round but now understand it will be more beneficial if I do bulking and cutting cycles. I'm absolutely addicted to the gym and naturally want the best results that I can achieve with my genes.
I've recently got over a phoebia of needles and started in the last 2 weeks (dont know what the fuss was about) sustanon (500mg per week), and I'm injecting every 4th day. Also deca (200mg per week) injecting every 4th day also. I will the sustanon for 12 weeks and deca for 10. I'm taking 40mcg of clenbuterol throughout the course also. Love the stuff.
PCT. I have clomid, nolvadex and hcg ready for the end of the course.
1. Is it too late to kick start with 20mg-30mg of danabol/anabol or oxymethelone ED for 2 weeks? I have all available.
2. To make the gains quality muscle, should I run stanozolol for the last 6 weeks 50mg ED?
3. What would be the best dosages for the clomid, nolvadex and HCG and when should i start each?
4. How quickly should I start seeing big results and what can I expect? (diet dependent I know)
5. Is there anything else I could change or add to the cycle to get the best possible gains whilst keeping lean?
6. How long after this course has finished, can I start my next one?
