    FIRST INJECTION CYCLE - advice required

    Thanks for viewing this post. Any advice would be much appreciated.

    My stats.
    Height - 5ft 10" or 175cm
    Weight - 77kg or 177lbs
    BF% - Not sure.
    Age - 26
    Training for 10 years. Train atleast 6 times per week for atleast an hour.
    GOAL - add 10kg in muscle and reduce body fat to 5% within 6 months.
    DIET - Protein rich, eat every 2 hours. Very strict.
    Not drank alcohol for 6 months and still have 6 months to go for target.

    Previously I have taken oral only cycles using anabol, oxymethelone, oxandrolone (anavar), stanozolol and proviron with good results but now I want to now move onto the next level. I've always tried to stay in best possible shape with low bodyfat all year round but now understand it will be more beneficial if I do bulking and cutting cycles. I'm absolutely addicted to the gym and naturally want the best results that I can achieve with my genes.

    I've recently got over a phoebia of needles and started in the last 2 weeks (dont know what the fuss was about) sustanon (500mg per week), and I'm injecting every 4th day. Also deca (200mg per week) injecting every 4th day also. I will the sustanon for 12 weeks and deca for 10. I'm taking 40mcg of clenbuterol throughout the course also. Love the stuff.

    PCT. I have clomid, nolvadex and hcg ready for the end of the course.

    1. Is it too late to kick start with 20mg-30mg of danabol/anabol or oxymethelone ED for 2 weeks? I have all available.
    2. To make the gains quality muscle, should I run stanozolol for the last 6 weeks 50mg ED?
    3. What would be the best dosages for the clomid, nolvadex and HCG and when should i start each?
    4. How quickly should I start seeing big results and what can I expect? (diet dependent I know)
    5. Is there anything else I could change or add to the cycle to get the best possible gains whilst keeping lean?
    6. How long after this course has finished, can I start my next one?

    I understand a first cycle is usually Test only but think with many cycles of orals that hopefully I'm a step forward.

    Your deca is to low.Bump up to 400 mgs per wk.
    1) No, but run it for 4 wks, If that is what you want.(H2o retention)
    2)No, keep it simple.
    3)HCG @ 250 iu's 2x wk during cycle, or last 2 wks of cycle.
    Clomid=100/50/50/50
    nolva=40/20/20/20
    4)Soon,1 to 2 more wks.
    5) Sust/Deca is a great cycle.Keep it simple, again.
    6)Time off = cycle time + pct.this is your waiting time.
    7) LOW BF, not sure % wise, but under 10% IMO

    If you run HCG at the end, say 2 wks, it's 500 iu's ed.

    By the way, I am not a big advocate on oral cycles only.

    If you are bridging, then OK.IMO.

    Some may argue this advice.

    I run test, as a base, to anything I stack.

    HCG I gave you.Start time should be along side you cycle.

    Climid/nolva sould start 3 wks after your last pin of sust.

    Sust has a long hang time, but nothing compared to deca.

    PS- you need to run an AI with this cycle.

    You already have some gyno going on there, I'd run an AI on-cycle to not let it progress any further, especially since you want to get to an even lower BF %.

    How is finding gear in Thailand? What part are you in? How are the gyms? Political unrest are problem?

    Titanium, all that info is great. I'll really use that. What's AI? Is that arrimidex??

    Its quite easy to buy things here and once you've found the sources its always good stuff. I get all my things from Bangkok as i'm there very regular, but I live about 3/4 hours south. Any purpose built gym, usually a big name is very expensive because its aimed at the rich natives or tourists but they are well equipped usually. It's nice to train at thai boxing gyms (with decent weights section) which are cheaper.

    Theres been fighting at the Cambodian border and in Bangkok. The government and police force are extremely corrupt. Theres a massive lack of tourism currently due to the global economy but instead of lowering the prices to attract custom, the Thai's are increasing prices to claw back the shortage. Intelligence here is low.

    I'm frightened of putting too much fat and water on in the cycle. How much will taking clenbuterol throughout the cycle affect me? How is it more useful to take in my PCT?

    Open to any suggestions and advice.

    Can anyone give me a more accurate estimate on my BF%?

    Ive seen that photo somewhere before. I dont recall if it was on this forum, or if it was just on the web somewhere. But im like 90% sure ive seen it before.

    The person in that pic is somewhere around 8 or 9% BF. Which is ridiculously low, also, he looks to be well above 177lbs, which makes me even more suspecious of TS.

    Thanks, good to know. I will definately keep in mind as a place to go. Is the gear otc or from where? Did you get blood work? How was that?

    Maybe thats the reason I didn't get as many responses because people may think its fake. I wanted to scrub my face out because I don't want connecting to drugs ofcourse as not everyone is as open minded as us.

    I can almost gurantee you haven't seen that picture anywhere else, i've not posted it anywhere else, Unless its been snatched from my facebook profile.

    I'm currently 74.3kg which is just under 164lbs. If you're correct and I am 8%/9% then I don't have far to go until my target, but I want a little more muscle first.

    Can anyone suggest the best way to get there?
    Also, at what BF% does it become unsafe??
    What's a nice BF% to be at?

    Didn't get bloodwork...will do that in the middle of this course and afterwards.

    What does otc mean?
