    Inguinal hernia

    Hi everyone,

Dr. says I have “Inguinal hernia”. I just completed my second ever cycle two months ago. I was contemplating my next cycle around the beginning of March. Dr. says if I undergo surgery I will be away from the gym for three months at least. That means total disaster to my plans. And after all me away from the gym for three months means I will end up in a mental institute. I am in agony right now. Any thoughts??

I was out for over a year with my hernia. There is no way to know what complications may arise. To this day I still have problems when performing certain movements during my workout. (luckily only when doing abs). Its pretty serous bro. I would recommend getting fixed asap. I waited a very long time which may be why I had complications. I can tell you this much, after surgert do not sneeze or poop if at all possible for a week. You will probably pass out. lol

Yeah get it fixed fast. The longer you wait the more damage can occur thus the greater chances of complications and increased time out.
