    Gyno surgery, insurance, questions.

How does one go about getting their insurance to cover gyno surgery. I have natural gyno from puberty.

Also where can I go about finding a good doctor in my area?

    thanks

you're gonna have to talk to different doctors in you area, and see who will do it.

insurance companies typically won't pay out for anything 'cosmetic'...so you can't go to a plastic surgeon.

you need to find a skilled surgeon, who is willing to send it into your insurance.

tell him it bothers you (mentally and physically) to the point where it affects your daily living

do you have a lump behind the nipple or are they just puffy?

from my understanding, that's the going price.

did you see if your ins. will cover it?

That's about what I paid. Insurance wouldn't cover it. Mine was also from puberty.

I was 19. It was my first year of college. They only covered it because it was painful

I started a cycle one week after my surgery. I didn't lift for two weeks and no chest training for three. Everything healed fine.

That's crazy. Did you have to wear the compression vest?

wow. my stitches are dissolvable but I'm supposed to wear my vest for 4wks. i'm definitely going to do what my doc is telling me though, he knows his ishh about gyno and surgically correcting it.

DONT TRAIN TO SOON! You can cause the skin to separate again and you will get a worse looking nipple!

It happened to me on one side, kept opening (gettin antsy after not training for a month) and I wish I just waited a lil longer.

wow.. I will definitely take your advice.. I would not want that happening!!

it's been just shy over 2wks and I'm not really in any more pain, but I definitely can not throw my arms up fast, let alone train..........
