Thread: Clen Question for Fat Person (or Used to be).

    Clen Question for Fat Person (or Used to be).

    I wanna know what its like for someone thats having Clen for his/her 1st cycle(especially if your fat like me). I'm thinking about starting Clen tommorrow or saturday as My 1st cycle. I'm tryin to cut my fat % first then off to anabolics. Thanks.

    You dont want to use any kind of chemicals/compounds to cut your BF, you want to start with attacking and re-designing your diet then get doing some hardwork in the cardio department. You bf will drasticly change and you need to keep adjusting the diet to suit and carry on with the dedication in the gym.

    You can start considering taking something when you have come to a sticking point to help springboard you into achieving your goals, people start using to many compounds to early when you should do be doing it via hardwork and diet.

    I've been doin Cardio 3-4 times week and moderate lifting for about 7months, I was looking for a good otc fat burner, browsed ALOT of websites and came across Clen, did some research for awhile and thought I'd go with this instead of using Hydrocycut or something. just wanna know cuz i've read this post http://forums.steroid.com/showthread...ght=fat+burner and it seems like he the only one here that used it for fat burning

    I'm gonna be doing a High Protein/Low Carb diet (will post when I get home from work for critique as well as the doses im gonna be taking[most probably same as perfectbeasts but 45mcg for day1]).

    Anyways, anyone here at all that used to be fatass used Clen to lean down? I searched Clen diary stuff and its all PCT.. I'd like to hear some experiences.

    Also I wanna know If I can use ECA Stack in Clen off days...? some say yes.. some no cuz they use the same receptors or some sh1t.

    How about changing that number to a minimum of 7 times a week at least 45 minutes a shot. Think that should be your 2nd order of business. The first order would be to head to the diet section and get that worked on.

    Yes I'm doing 30-45min right now and will be ramping that up to1hr. Used to weigh 240something 7months ago and 260-265lbs year 1/2 ago. but I was normally 190-200 before I got married, stopped exercising and dieting.

    to the guy above you, I can tell hes on a cycle right now so I will not respond..

    Anyone have answer to my question above about the ECA stack.

    Dude! I already told you everything that all the other guys are telling you! You are looking for shortcuts, answers you want to hear, and the easy way out!!! Goodluck to you cause you are off on the wrong track! Don't expect to come here and have a bunch of dudes not be honest with you. Most everybody on here just wants to help, and if you are not hearin what you want to hear then maybe it's not the right thing to do.

    dude, take the advice given. trust me! clen if for the shredded to become extra shredded not fat azz to just kinda fat.

    Agreed.CLen has side effects and should be used as a last resort. Diet and cardio is most of your results.

    Dipolo: from an X fat guy, to another "fat guy" - clen will be a bigger disapointment than you think.....

    i went from 270 to a shredded 167.

    cardio 1hr a day at 70% heart rate, VERY clean but simple diet, allowed myself one cheat a day, and stuck with it.

    and i did it with NO fat burners, no clen, no chemicals.

    remember, clen can have adverse side effects! and as much as this is about vanity - your health is also a key factor here.

    it took you YEARS of treating yourself poorly to put your weight on. just stick with what you're doing, tweak it to get more from your workouts, and watch it come off with TIME.

    takes time to put it on, takes time to take it off.

    Very good point, however long you took to get fat, you should give yourself equal amount of time to take it off.

    you are right in one respect....but some actually listen to what is being said and learn how to reach there goals the right way...take the time to resurch how to eat and train to reach these goals naturaly,then after learning about all the compound available and how to use them correctly and resposibly, they decide to use...but since you have made up your mind then do your clen and be dissapointed.....unless you are of low bf then its effects will be little... as for your eca question no you cant use it durring the off weeks, your receptors would never refresh themselves.....good luck

    Exactly, and no, sadly not on cycle a the moment! You've been given advice, your fat, end of, clen wont help your fat ass, but you are in the right place for people to help, hope you listen to the advice and good luck

    I started lifting early this year, and started my diet/cardio 5 months ago, i lost 30 pounds and gained muscles at the same time. if you do it right you'll get there before you know it. For your own good, listen to these guys who have been there and know the path, they have answered you perfectly. good luck buddy.

    hey in my opinion ,u should really check out mma or jiu jitsu ,it is fabulous for loosing weight and bf within 2 mnths i went for being 221 with a 23% bf to being 183 with a 14% bf ,if you do this and you can't loose anymore weight then i would consider clen , i was going to use clen and cytomel t3 as well as a matter fact it is still sitting in my kitchen waiting for me so we will see in the future but these dudes are right ,clen and t3 seem like they have worse side affects than aas.So try joining mma and cutting weight do the high protein low carb like you were gonna and they will come right off ,then add some anavar clen and t3 my advice bro.

    Dude Listen to what these guys are saying. Even if you are on clen your diet probably sucks ass so its not going to do much for ya.
    Another thing your 25% body fat that 55 lbs of fat on your body. It should be easy to burn that off naturally.
    The guys on this board are just trying to save you money and time. Once you get everything in order the clen is gonna do you miracles. As of right now you will probably barely notice the difference from if you did it naturally or with the clen.

    If steroids were magical like everyone makes the out to be you wouldnt have members telling how to make your cycle better. Listen to the vets you might learn a thing or two.

    First time when I used,it was totaly wrong.I didn't know exactly how the stuff work,and I didn't have any big score.Last time when I used a clen,I make totaly new training program and my dieting was different.I used clen with propionate and winstrol.Training routine was easier ( no heavy weights,but longer series) with lot off cardio ( swiming in the morning,and kick boxing at the afternoon),and my dieting was with lot of proteins ( about 350 grams daily),and limited carbs.
    I did this for 10 weeks,and results was fenomenal.
    After this I went back to my regulary training routine (russian system 10 x 10 ).

    I know you all are trying to help the OP but why dont you tell him what he wants to hear so he doesnt do himself harm by taking the clen in a wrong manner.

    It still is sound advice to wait on the clen but if you must do it, do it right.
