    training hard on gear

    hey gents,im busy on cycle at the moment. 500mgs test e! my training split is

    monday:shoulders,forearms
    tuesday:arms
    wed:cardio,abs
    thursday:chest,back
    fridayff
    saturday:legs
    sunday:cardio,abs

    my question is,i realy want my arms to grow this cycle,should i throw in some arms on friday?? cos i train them very hard and intense on tuesday!! any thoughts??

    Seems to me like it's pretty hard to over train on this stuff, but i'd still be careful.. Just listen to your body and do what you think/feel is best.

    I'm on cycle(test/dbol) working each muscle once per week at around 14-16 worksets per mucle group and haven't been really sore yet, including legs. Still careful not to do to much though.

    chest/tri's/abs
    off
    legs/abs
    delts
    arms/abs
    off...........cardio before workouts if you choose to do so.

    You could try training arms twice a week using 6 sets for bis and 6 sets for tris each training session.

    i want arms and chest like a novice body builder but still want to run my 6 min mile and 13ish 2 mile, is it possible for a 21 year old who has only done a dmso/tren short cycle and is doing a pct and wont do aas to get there for now????? (until i am around 24 because i follow many friends advice.)
