    Another question concerning rest...

I do full body 3x a week. I usually lift until the point on exhaustion, and once I reach the point where I'm no longer doing lifts properly, I call it a day, usually this happens anywhere from an hour and a half to two hours. I worked out from about 13:15 to about 15:00 today, and I felt that I didn't give my shoulders and triceps the full workout they deserved. I'm about ready to do to cardio now, and was wondering if it's OK to lift a little bit and finish a few lifts that I didn't have the energy for earlier today after cardio. It's 18:00 right now. Is this too much? I know it's important to respect the rest days, but could I make a habit of this, getting the bulk of my workout done earlier in the day, and finishing up later in the evening? I have a good amount of equipment in my basement. Thanks.

I would break down to 1-2 body parts per day instead of your current routine. This way you will give each body part ample time to grow and rest.
