Then tell me what you think about frequency of training theses muscle groups.

Currently im thinking about grouping axial extension, anteroposterior bent leg and anteroposterior extension exercises on one day

and

axial semi straight leg, anteroposterior straight leg and anteroposterior extension on another.

I want to space these work outs 3.5 days apart per week goin heavy on squats one week and heavy on deads the next.

but i also want to include hip flexion, adduction, abduction and extension in somewhere. should i change it around or what? also i want a day for turkish get ups as im very functionally minded when it comes to improving strength in the weight room.

any thoughts and suggestions
