    Top Workout Choices

If you could only do 1-3 exercises for each of the following muscles, what would they be? (only 1 assuming you find it to be far better)

    Here's my list:

    Back: Bent-over row, pull-ups, Deadlifts

    Chest: Incline DB bench press

Shoulders: Seated Military press, incline reverse flies/raises for rear delts, SHRUGS

Biceps: preacher curls, straight bar cheat curls w/ negatives, incline wide curls

Triceps: I personally have too many that I rotate.

Abs: Can't stand doing anything but 100 Leg lifts

Just curious to see if anyone else has some less common favorites or tips.

I'm a sucker for the basics

    Back: Pullups

    Chest: Incline DB bench press

    Shoulders: Seated Military press

    Legs: squats

I usually go super heavy on all these. And get excellent bi pumps from my pull ups, and tri's from my presses. I try to get in smaller muscle groups as whenever I can.
