Chest - DB incline 4X8, DB decline 4X8, db fly 2 X 12
Tri - Pushdown 4X8 weighted dips 4 X 12
Legs - bb Squat 4X8, leg extention/standing calf raise superset 4X8, Hammy curls 2X10
Abs - hanging hip rasie 3Xfail, crunches 4X10
Back - sitting row 4 X 8, Deadlift 4X8, bb row 4X8
Biceps - Db curls 4X8, DB preacher curls 4X8
shoulders - DB press 4X8, front rasie 4Xfail, Side raise 4Xfail
traps - db shrugs 4 X 8
trying to recomp on maitenance
