Hey all
I do my leg workout every monday and for quads i have just been doing Squats and Leg press. Occasionally ill throw in leg extensions too.
Now, for the next day or two only the lower half of my quads seem to get sore, even if i dont do the leg extensions.
For Squats i have a shoulder width stance or slightly closer and go down into a deep squat.
For Leg press my stance is even closer, bringing my legs to my chest.
Am i doing something wrong to not get the whole muscle sore?
