100 mg ANAVAR CUTTING CYCLE WITH ARSON, HOODIA - 100mg 6 weeks. Started November 20th

    Hi everybody,

I read many posts about people who are already muscular and in good shape (low 10% body fat) that use Anavar to push themselves through the last bit... I have not, however, read about guys who are 20% + body fat using Anavar. After doing a lot of research online and asking around, I have decided to try an ANAVAR(100mg) , ARSON(over-counter), HOODIA combo.

I was considering ANAVAR, CLEN combo for fat loss but some side effects of CLEN scared me. lol. Even if ARSON fat burner is useless at least it gives me energy. HOODIA does work with appetite suppressant, suprisingly.

I am new to this forum so please bear with me if I make any ignorant comments. First off, a little about me.

    Age: 24

    Ethnicity: South East Asian

    Height: 6'0

Weight: 270 ( yea, big asian. lol)

    Waist: 36'

    BF: 24%

I have been pretty much inactive for the last three years. I have been extremely active with sports(Rugby, football, boxing, MMA training) but then due to pneumonia and other issues, stopped and led a rather sedentary life style.

The hardest part was getting back into the gym and I needed some motivation. I have never taken any androgenic compounds before.

I am certain that I can cut a lot of fat and gain lean body mass by proper exercise and diet alone, but I wanted a little kick off to motivate me.

    So here goes...

    Day 1 - 3: Started Anavar at 60mg dose.

    Morning(30mg anavar/ 2 Arson / 1 Hoodia)
    Night(30mg anavar/2 Arson/ 1 Hoodia)

    Day 4 - 12(now): 100mg Anavar dose

    Morning(50mg anavar/ 2 Arson/ 1 Hoodia)
    Night( 50mg anavar/2 Arson/ 1 Hoodia)

    Diet:

    Approximately 200g of protein

    140g of complex carbs

good fat(changes but keeping it low...)

Average Calories per day: 2000 kcal

    * Eating small meals and shakes throughout the day. 5 meals or so.

    * I KNOW that people would tell me to take more protein but I am trying to lose as much size and FAT in 6 weeks as possible. I have gone on high protein diets ( 300g +) when I was lifting heavy and they were quite effective; however, unfortunately my Upper Body has outgrown my lower body and I look disporportionate now... so I am trying to shrink in size a bit first(does this make any sense?)

Ok so as you can see, I am on a calorie deficit, especially for my body size. I will tell you about my strength gains so far. I generally perform olympic lifts or overall body lifts like squats, romanian stiff leg dead lifts, clean and jerk, bench, etc. I do smaller muscle groups also but my main goal is to lose fat and get into shape where I can be explosive and agile at a 200+ body frame.

I will be doing weights 3 days on, 1 day off with Cardio 6 times a week at moderate intensity (40 minutes) to begin with. I will be incorporating Interval training when I get my fitness back up. Currently doing inclined treadmill, stationary bike, and elliptical.

    Day 1 bench(First day back):

    Set 1: 135 - 15
    Set 2: 205 - 8
    Set 3: 225 - 8
    Set 4: 225 - 4 ( Stamina dropped a lot on fourth set...)

Day 4 bench (Second time benching)

    Set 1: 135 - 15
    Set 2: 225 - 6
    Set 3: 245 - 4 ( I didn't have a spotter so didn't go heavier but I doubt I could have lifted 275 more than once)

Day 10 bench( Third time benching)

    Set 1: 155 - 12
    Set 2: 225 - 6
    Set 3: 245 - 6
    Set 4: 275 - 4
    Set 5: 225 - 13
Set 6: 225 - 8 ( I could have gone more but I just stopped because I didn't want to over bench. Also, my recovery time decreased significantly. I was able to take only 2 minute breaks in between sets).

    ----------------------------

As you can see, I have experienced a huge gain in bench by the third time I benched. I have worked out for years before and I have never experienced such a gain ESPECIALLY while cutting. Other lifts have also increased noticeably.

The ONLY downside so far is that my HR is at 160 + while doing moderate level cardio and I get out of breath easily... I do not know whether this is the effect of Anavar or Arson... I get CRAMPS from walking from my house to the gym( 300m !!?? lol )

I do take multi vitamins every day since I am probably lacking minerals and essential vitamins... and I do drink juices here and there to get an insulin spike...

I look at my body now and I can notice SIGNIFICANT fat loss around the midsection area, especially obliques in the 12 days so far. I will measure my bodyfat in the mid point(3 weeks) and 6 weeks again. I'll keep updating my progress.

Anyways, what do you guys think so far? Again, sorry if some of my comments sound stupid to you veterans... I'm a rookie lol.

    Thank you!

I think the gain might be part of u being 270 and getting back into working out, if u were in shape before I guess ur body is just getting adjusted to training, it's good to see u are doing improvements and that ur getting ur results, But the bench increase might also be helped by the fact ur doing var, good luck with ur endeavors

Do not forget your blood work.

    Hello again!

Yes, it might be partially due to the fact that I am returning to the gym, but I have gone to the gym here and there in the 3 years that I have been sedentary... I have gone on a 3 months fiasco where I was 263 at 18-19% bf between that time. My bench has never gone up so fast before, especially considering that I am on a diet.

As for blood work, since I missed my pre-Anavar blood work should I just wait till the end of the cycle to get it done? I will be going on PCT after the cycle.

    Which week are you running?

I am currently beginning my third week.

I have been slacking off a bit on cardio intensity due to increased HR and lower back pain caused by deadlift... However, still gaining strength.

Today's my leg day so doing Squats, hamstring, calves and plyos such as box jumps followed by 30-40 minutes of light biking to minimize lactic acid build up.

I don't know if this lower back pain is caused by the high dose of Anavar or not. It might be because I didn't stretch properly...

How long have u been on the diet total?

    So far only 2 weeks.
Taking appetite suppressant to control hunger...

I started to see changes at the end of day 10 or so around the Torso area. Considering my weight(270), my waist size have always been small. I wear a 36 jean for most brands, 38 for tighter fitting ones. When I measured my waist, I was 37.

I am planning on building my base physique(strength) until the end of cycle(December 25th) so I can begin to introduce more advanced lifts and plyos. Unfortunately I do not have the core strength, balance, etc to handle these exercises yet...

Since my main goal is to be able to get in shape where I have the proper base to jump into any contact sports(MMA, boxing, rugby, etc) and be able to train at full intensity, my regime will be a bit different from body builders or power lifters' regimes after the initial 6 weeks...

I will up my carb and fat intake once I start serious cardio(skipping, rope works, interval sprints, ladders etc). I'm hoping I can start these training by January or so.

Ultimately, my short term goal is 240 by end of February at 15- 16% BF.

Long term goal is 210 by end of August 2010 at sub 10% BF and maintain(which would be the hardest...)

Then you can wait till the end of the 5th week and take your blood work so by the end of the 6th you should have the values.

    Probably
