    quick question about eggs

Is there a nutritional difference between regular eggs and cholesterol free egg beaters besides the cholestorol? Also I like to just drink my eggs in the morning is there a difference nutritionally between cooking and eating them and just drinking them raw?

In order to better digest the eggs, either the yolk or the albumen, you need to cook them, or at least to scorch or scald them.
What SS did in Rocky was just wrong but believed correct at that time.

Thanks twist. It seems it's more of a personal preference since the difference isn't very much.

By better digest do you mean the amount of time it takes to digest or the amount of nutrients you get out of the digestion? I drink them because of time issues. I can mix them with my morning shake and oats and be out of the house in less than 5 minutes. I eat my oats uncooked aswell.

The process of metabolism whereby a biological entity processes a substance in order to chemically and mechanically convert the substance for the body to use. The best way to process the eggs is by cooking them.
