I have been dieting for several months but have hit a hump.
I eat anywhere between 6 and 8 small meals a day with plenty of protein.
I go to the gym 5x a week.
I have drop my weight from about 320lbs.
I have been told by a reliable source about clen. I did my own research. I have bought some. Is this ok, or am I going in the right direction.
I read somewhere that taking clen with a high bf% is dangerous. How dangerous and what can happen?
