I am currently on week 6 of a test only cycle and feeling pretty damn good. I had a ton of energy today following a good refeed and think I went way overboard on my workout, though it felt great. Workout was arms as follows:
EZ-bar preacher curls - 3 sets 8-12
Straight bar curls, 2 seconds up, 3 down - 3 sets 8-12
Hammer curls - 3 sets 8-12
Incline DB curls - 3 sets 8-12
EZ-bar French curl w/ transition to close-grip bench - 3 sets 8-12
Overhead DB extension - 3 sets 8-12
Cable Kick-Backs - 3 sets 12
Weighted dips - 2 sets 18
Close-grip pushdowns - 2 sets 16
Should I plan on at least 7 days of rest and some extra protein or is this sort of workout acceptable while "on"?
