    training split help

i need help with my split, i work for the fire department and i work one full day (24hr) then off for 2 days (48hr). so i work out the 2 days im off and i dont do any training on the day i work, maybe 30 min cardio if i can but its hit or miss. i currently do

    chest/tris/abs
    back/bis
    off
    shoulders/abs
    legs
    off
    start over

i never train the same group on the same day each week exp. chest/tris monday this week next week it would be on sunday and so on and so forth. let me know if i am on the right track of if theres a better way most of the splits ive been reaqding are for like 5 or 6 day splits. any advise is appreciated thanx

    looks good to me

id say spread it out more but under ur circumstances i think thats prob the best split

some peopl struggle training their tricep after chest, or biceps after back

but if it works for you i say stick to it

I agree with this. If you train bi's after back they will be pre exhausted and you can't put the effort into isolation exercises that you could on another day. I would switch up to:
    chest/bis
    back/tris
