Hi guys
I recently became the proudest dad to the coolest boy born in a looong time (True story). Any advice you can offer me to becoming, on a physical level, the dad he deserves in the shortest time frame possible, will be deeply appreciated!
I'm nearly 27 years old, currently weigh 132Kg (290lb) & 1.95m (6ft4in) tall. My weight history are as follows.
In 2002 i lost 66Kg (down from 144Kg to 78Kg (with minimal muscle tone left)) in just over 5 months with the help of a stationary bike, a chemical substance which i don't think is discussed anywhere on this website & at that time having the advantage of being much more focused, thanks to being in a country where nobody knew me. Then after a +/- 3 month break from any sort of training (and also returning to my home country), i did weight training for about 3 months. I supplemented with creatine, protein & Universal Animal Stak, whilst following a pretty strict diet worked out for me at the time. I gained 9Kg of which at least 70% was muscle. After that i stopped training again, and even though i lost some muscle tone, i pretty much maintained that weight until around mid-2006, when a local competition similar to Body For Life opted me to gain about 30Kg of fat in 6 months (to then weigh 120Kg), with the intention of achieving a more dramatic result. Needless to say i didn't pull through with the competition. All i did in the +/-3yrs following that was gain the balance to my current weight & which leaves me where i am now.
I now feel ready & fired up with my sons recent birth as motivator to pull myself together again. I'm just not up for using the chemicals which facilitated my previous success again.
From what I've gathered reading through the site so far, Anavar seems to hold the greatest potential to where i want to go, though I'm still to confirm whether it is available in South Africa.
So this is the point from where i open myself to any/all advice you are kind enough to offer me. It's really comforting & a huge privilege to have a resource like this at hand.
Kudos to everyone involved & thanks a lot in advance.
Regards,
Derick.
