    fitness and size

Is it possible to be really fit and really well built with good size at the same time?

Now I know that seems like a stupid question looking at football and rugby players but how the hell do they do it?

THe moment I increase my cardio and heart rate to a point where I'm working on fitness I can see I lose size within days.

I want to keep my size and continue bulking AND I want to be as fit as a race horse.

    Thoughts guys?

alot of rugby players use AAS

its very comman, their are methods ot hide the stuff

they usually use it during off season to bulk up, then run clean in the on season

im not to sure what football league ur refering to? but id be pretty certain they use the same protocols

remeber alot of these guys are also geneticaly gifted aswell so it helps them remain a descent size

Yes the AAS of course. I dont use.

I guess its just keeping the heart rate above 70% to work on cardio and endurance while keeping my amino acid pool filled.

And keeping the calories up of course.

    Anything I'm missing?

Steroids and genetics will play a massive roll.....but also they will have top nutritionists and top trainers making sure they get the best out of there training and diet. Youll need your diet, training and rest pretty much perfect to be huge and super fit.....

genetics. Also I can almost guarantee that your training is not like it should be to get big and fit. the people who are not genetically gifted who are big and fit are that way because they need it. Like you have to do odd exercises for long periods of time to get that way. not something you will find in a gym.

ex. I trained a spec ops guy. I had him swimming laps in the pool with a 60lb weight vest. yes he just sunk to the bottom, but he held his breath and swam with his chest scraping the bottom of the floor. SOmetimes he would crawl. its shit like that. weird stuff. you have to train your cns

That would be some type of strenght conditionning training. I have been interested in doing that. Only on steroids. Would probably see some interesting results.
