    Iron Man HIT question

Im reading a lot about the Iron Man HIT training (ABAB rotation training) and I have a question. What makes this training so effective? Ive read a lot of people swear by it. It seems that you dont do as many workouts for the parts of your body. Maybe I havent read into it enough, but I cant understand how going from specific body part training (ie: back and bis on monday, shoulders legs wed, chest tries fri) with lots of reps and sets can be outperformed by this HIT training. Make sense? lol

I am one of those people who swear bye it. The bottom line is I get bigger/stronger 3x faster then with the standard once a week. If you have read the entire workout then you know about the working each muscle 3 times in 2 weeks. This allows for you to get more workouts in then the standard once a week. Bottom line is most people who start this workout will get stronger EVERY SINGLE WORKOUT for months. The way it is setup with rest pause and changing the order or exercises you cant help but get stronger.
Read it over a few times then write out the workout on paper. Make sure to follow it exactly. Take 3 minutes between sets, keep records of every workout so the next one you know exactly what weight to use. I.E the rep ranges are 2 warmups, then 6-8 reps, 2-3 reps, 11-14 reps. so on the first 6-8 set pick a weight you can do 5 or 6 times. If you only get it up 5 times then the next workout shooot for 6. When you get to the upper range of 7-8 instead of doing more reps up the weight and so on and so on

Thanks, do you have any links to the entire workout? I have been reading what other people put together.

these types of workouts are usually better for natural trainers, since it prevents overtraining alot and helps with gains and strength

if your a steroid suer higher volume workouts are usually better becuase u have the ability to recover from them, with less chances of overtraining
