    Starting back at gym

    I am 23years old, had been going to the gym since I was 18 until about a year ago (1-3times a week). I then started muay thai and have been doing that for the passed year however have to give it up due to uni getting in the way. It included a lot of cardio however still did a lot of working out with body weight resistance. Now I am looking to get back into the gym and gain some mass. I am currently 6'3 190lb and pretty low bf %. The diet I am looking at is:

    Meal 1: 2 bananas with toast and a protein shake.

    Meal 2: 2 x ham and salad sandwiches

    Meal 3: chicken + vegies

    ---->Gym time

    Meal 4: pasta or rice dish + shake

    Can anyone fix this up for me if it sucks and also should I take any multivitamins or vitamins? Also am I taking my protein shakes at the right times? Cheers.

    go to search and search diet videos... then watch them and come back with some more info and questions.

    you have the right though proccess but (hiint) you need 6 - 7 meals and protien in each of them - my personal suggestion is eat most of you carbs in the early day.

    only one shake a day

    make a goal to eat egg, fish, beef, chix every day
