Thread: Any techniques for growth?

    Lightbulb Any techniques for growth?

    how can i be sure that i am making each workout the best i can possibly give it? I know there is such thing any overtraining and also undertaining. so is there a way or technique to follow to make sure i can maximize my growth from the gym. (assuming diet is met requirements for gaining)

    Just be consistant, and also after every set flex that muscle you trained forcing blood to that muscle it will increase your size and give you a good pump just started doing thisand it's really good

    Is piramiding to a failure of 6 reps a good way to gain mass

    I have been using pyramiding for about 6 months and been getting great size, Imma switch off it though starting to not see results.

    In my opinion its alot harder to over train than people tend to think. Unless your training the same body part 3-4 times a week i dont think you have to worry.
