I reciently remembered a Hamstring exercise that i havnt used or seen done for years.
It the dumbell hamstring curl on and incline bench
We did this exercise the other week and OMG, i never remember it being this good LOL!
It is by far the most intense hamstring exercise i have ever done and left me not being able to put my socks on for 5 days after only performing 5 sets.
For those of you who dont know how to do the exercise see below,
lying face down on an incline bech with your lower legs hanging off the lower part of the bench get to traing partner place a light dumell between ur feet.
curl the weight up untill peak contraction, hold for a second atleast and then return to the start position.
try it and you will love it, remember to go for the pump and a good peak contraction
