i dont like training back and legs on consecutive days....but each to there own
id do
Back
Chest
Legs
Shoulders/traps
arms
I like the original but legs after back is hectic. Take a day off after back then move the others up one day. train saturday morning. I got better results doing this and didnt feel so run down
your obviously not training hard enough if you can train 5 days in a row.
I somewhat agree w/ you but like energizer bunny stated there are many variables. I too train 5 days in a row and some weeks I feel run down by thur. A lot of it depends on the amount of sleep I get that week too. Is training 5 days in a row overtraining? Hard to say, some weeks I think so and some weeks this split works out nicely.
