Anyone got a 5 day wo for lean bulk?

    Stats:

    6'0, 215, 14% bf, 33W 45C 17A.

    Goals: 6'0 220 10% bf 32W...

I'm looking for a five day split that will also allow me to do cardio on the two days off as well as 2 days of workouts. Any ideas?

Started cycle today of test 400mg/week and var to be included later at 60mg.

If you are going to bulk I dont like working 2 muscles in one day. You wanna have all your strength and lift as heavy and hard as possible. I would reccomend something like this

    Monday-Chest
    tuesday- Back
    Wed- off
    Thurs- Legs
    Fri- Shoulder
    Sat- Bi/Tri
    Sun- off

Perhaps true but there are over 20 different muscles in the back. I would consider "back" to be two different muscle groups.

I 100 percent agree, even more of a reason to work back alone. My usuall back workout is Chin ups, standing bent Rows, Lat pull, Sitting row machine, reverse lat pull pin machine. I usually work traps with shoulders. Everyone does it diff, but after a big chest or back workout I know I cant give it 100 percent on my Bi or tri
